How to return or exchange your purchase

Returned products must be in a new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all the tags included.

Refund policy

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our team (usually within 1-2 days of receipt), your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after we’ve credited your account, for the credit to show on your account.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning your order to our warehouse in Nagoya.

 

Exchange policy

  • Need to exchange something? Return the item to us and place a new order for the merchandise you’d prefer.  That way you’ll receive your new merchandise quickly.
  • The following product types/categories are not eligible for returns: original (OEM) parts, tuning parts.
  • You will still be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning your original order back to us.

Some products on our website are sold via partnership program by third-parties. If one of the items you bought was provided with the third-party supplier the exchange and return process should be negotiated in advance.
